NATALIE PROSSER
Natalie Prosser is a solicitor by background, with fifteen years in government, specialising in public and regulatory law, regulatory operations and governance. Her previous roles have included General Counsel at the Gambling Commission, Director of Operations, Vocational and Technical Qualifications and Director of Legal at Ofqual and regulatory and policy lead on the independent Farm Inspection and Regulation Review. Natalie started her role as Interim CEO of the OEP in February 2021 and was appointed to the role permanently in April 2022.
NICOLA RILEY
Nicola is a senior energy specialist with over 22 years’ experience managing assets and delivering complex technical and commercial projects within time and budget constraints. A respected leader, Nicola’s project experience includes the identification, development and delivery of wind and renewable energy projects from feasibility to financial close, negotiation and management of high value construction contracts, bid process management, due diligence, grid connection, offtake arrangements and asset management.
TOM BURKE
Tom was a member of the Council of English Nature, the statutory advisor to the British Government on biodiversity from 1999-2005. During 2002 he served as an advisor to the Central Policy Group in the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office. He was Special Adviser to three Secretaries of State for the Environment from 1991-97, after serving as Director of the Green Alliance from 1982-1991. He also served on the London Sustainable Development Commission from 2002-5. In 1993 he was appointed to the United Nations Environment Programme's 'Global 500' roll of honour, and in 1997 was appointed CBE for services to the environment.
JOSH FOTHERGILL
Josh is a leading expert in the environmental assessment field. His highlights include creating the UK's EIA Quality Mark in 2011, authoring the UK 2017 Proportionate EIA Strategy and leading international reviews of: Digital IA, EIA professional recognition and linking the circular economy to environmental assessment practice. Josh founded Fothergill Training & Consulting in 2017, specializing in enhancing the effectiveness of environmental assessment through both capacity building, intelligent client roles and advisory reviews.
BARRY COWELL
Barry has been with WSP since 2000 and presently holds the position of Strategic Growth Director – Water, Energy, Earth & Environment, leading high-performance teams to successful outcomes. He specialises in major UK and international infrastructure and has advised governments, given expert witness and delivered proofs at public inquiries and examinations in public. He has worked in over 30 countries over the past 30 years on some of the most iconic, complex and indeed crazy projects that’s have been conceived.

PAUL BEAUMONT
Paul is a Director of Strategic Advisory Services at Equiteq. Paul specializes in improving the performance of professional services organizations, helping them grow their businesses and get in the best possible shape for a successful transaction.
Paul is a physics graduate from the University of Southampton, with over twenty years of consultancy experience, plus more than ten in manufacturing. He has worked in most sectors in Europe and the USA.

GUY THOMPSON
Guy Thompson has extensive experience of environmental policy and regulation, having worked to accelerate action on nature and climate recovery in senior executive roles in the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Guy has a dual role with Wessex Water as Group Director of Environmental Futures and Managing Director of EnTrade, a Wessex Water business that is creating and operating high-integrity environmental markets.
PETER BRUCE
Peter Bruce is a Principal and Global Sector Lead for Renewable Energy with Ramboll Environment and Health. Peter is a Chartered Environmentalist with deep experience in onshore wind farm, solar and battery site feasibility, design, impact assessment, route optioneering for electricity transmission, substation site selection, environmental due diligence, construction environmental management, auditing and condition compliance monitoring roles.
Peter leads Renewable Energy and Energy Infrastructure Sector business development for Ramboll Environment and Health in the UK and is part of the management team for Ramboll’s

spearhead.

Greg Roberts is Ramboll’s European data centre sector lead and key account manager to some of the sector’s most influential data centre clients. Greg’s technical experience is based on 20 years of advising on environmental compliance, management systems and sustainability. Greg is a Fellow at the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). He is committed to leading the industry to deliver sustainable digitalisation.
VICKY HUTCHINSON
Environment Practice Director, Infrastructure, Atkins
Dr Vicky Hutchinson is Director of the Environment Practice within Atkins. She brings together 550 environmentalists, economists and social scientists to respond to challenges ranging from tackling the climate emergency and delivering a low carbon future, to looking beyond apprenticeships to understand how social value is created through buildings, infrastructure and the green spaces between them. She was previously Head of Social Value at ISG.

Ines Lopes is a chartered senior environmental consultant with over 5 years consultancy experience, with expertise in environmental impact assessment, GIS data analysis, information management and business intelligence with a focus on digital transformation.
Since she joined Atkins Ines has been involved in driving digital transformation in the Environment Business. She is currently leading the development of Pangea, Atkins approach to environmental integrated design, which includes our evolution of the digital EIA.

IAN LIVINGSTON
Ian is a Project Manager delivering some of Equinor’s low carbon activities in the UK with a focus on the Humber region. Ian co-ordinates Equinor’s Industrial Decarbonisation Challenge activities for
Zero Carbon Humber, H2H Saltend and Humber Industrial Cluster Plan as well as supporting the wider development of UK hydrogen value chains. He is a Chartered Engineer with a broad energy industry background in operations & technical leadership and project development across
petrochemicals, oil & gas and gas storage and is now applying that experience to industrial decarbonisation and the energy transition.

TOM MCKENNA
Tom is a senior manager at the Capitals Coalition focussing on the technical side of capitals and biodiversity accounting and valuation. Tom is an ecological economist and is based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Previously, Tom worked as an economist at Scottish non-departmental government body NatureScot and helped to develop the natural capital approach at local and national levels, including the world’s only non-monetary national natural capital indicator.
ALICE PICKTHALL
Alice joined Environment Analyst in 2023 as our Head of Research, managing our research outputs including our pivotal ESG Strategies - Accelerating Impact and Net Zero Goals in Consultancy report. Previously, Alice was a Senior Analyst at Enders Analysis, a London-based TMT research group. She holds an MA in Geography from the University of St Andrews.
CONOR LYDON
Conor Lydon is a qualified geologist, hydrogeologist, and Chartered Environmentalist. He holds the position of Director at Tetra Tech and is Head of Geothermal & Groundwater Services in the UK and Ireland. Over the last 20 years Conor has focused on the management of groundwater and the use of geothermal resources.Conor has assessed the feasibility, designed and tested hundreds of groundwater and geothermal boreholes domestically and internationally.
